3 1/2 oz. instant pudding (vanilla) 1 1/4 milk 8 oz. whipping cream or cool whip up to 18 graham crackers decorative sprinkles
Mix pudding w/milk. Chill 5 minutes. Whip cream and fold into pudding.
Spread about 1/3 c. on a cracker and top w/another cracker. Add sprinkles to sides of "sandwich". Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
Some hints: **Put sprinkles on before adding top cracker...it is easier and less mess.
**You can flash freeze these before wrapping.
**4 wrapped sandwiches will fit in a quart sized Ziploc bag. |
