May be frozen. If you freeze, flash freeze. Flash freeze means to freeze food uncovered until solid, then wrap well and return to freezer. Use within 2-3 months. |

Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, than boil, without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over corn, mix well. Turn into two large, shallow baking pans. |

Place the cream cheese, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder and salt in a mixer bowl and beat at low speed just until well mixed. Stir in the pecans and currants. Taste and adjust seasoning. |
