Baked Pineapple

1 Can (20 oz. size) Crushed Pineapple NOT drained.

1/4 Cup water

1Cup of Sugar

2 eggs slightly beaten

2 Tablespoons corn starch

1 teaspoon Vanilla

 


Put in baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.  Cook uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
