Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Mix until well combined. Press mixture evenly onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan lined with baking parchment. |

Combine whipped cream and pineapple and spread over last mixture. Spread 1/4-cup ground graham wafers or chopped nuts over this as topping. Leave in a cold part of the fridge 3- 4 hours. Will keep for three to four days. |

...combine Grape nuts cereal & choc chips; set aside. Spread ice cream over four graham crackers squares; top with remaining squares. Roll sides in Grape nuts mixture. Freeze. |

Top with Cool Whip or ice cream and add extra crushed pineapple to decorate with. If using a glass dish bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. |
