Though the words "House Wife" have a negative connotation in today's society there is nothing that I love more. I guess there is something about waking up to the smell of freshly washed sheets and the sound of my husband in the shower, knowing that I don't have to go anywhere, I get to stay home. |

I grew up in the 40s/50s with practical parents. A mother, God love her, who washed aluminum foil after she cooked in it, then reused it. She was the original recycle queen, before they had a Name for it. A father who was happier getting old shoes fixed than buying new ones. |
