"How can I possibly save money on Groceries?"  This question is common among young mothers and women everywhere.  Many times it seems that there is no way to weed out any expenses, however I have found a method that seems to help us budget from month to month and be very consistent in the amount that we spend.

I think that there is at least one common misconception about buying clothes on a budget.  This is the myth that you have to wear second hand clothes from a second hand store to get a good deal and stay within your clothing budget.  This is FALSE!!

We all know that coupons are a wonderful way to save money on many items that we need. What are some other ways that we can save money? Searching for specials and deals and keeping a chart ready and plan ahead before shopping. Here are some ways to do this.

Target Stores have a markdown schedule.   To save money, shop for the certain items you need on whatever days have the sale of the item(s) you need.

Plan menus for at least one week. You can start by noting everything (at least all you see) that you and your family eat for a week. Note the quantities used and how long it lasts and its nutritional value. This will also provide info for your one year's supply of food.
