In reading through some of your basic tips for cleaning - how to sweep and mop floors, how to clean an iron etc, I thought I would send you something that my mother-in-law taught me over 30 years ago:

As a child, I used to loathe the time that I had to spend ironing.  It was mostly my chore, as I was the oldest.  I give my mother credit for all the homemaking skills that she taught me, and made me practice.  I hope that I can help you learn to iron as I give you instructions today.

Gather all the dishes from the table and check the other rooms in the house where you might snack or drink.

One thing that I have always tried to do is take care of the things we do own so that they will last for years.  You save a lot of money if you do this.

The function of the bedroom is primarily used to sleep in; however, many of us use our bedrooms for a variety of other activities.

Let's get to the root of the problem! We hang up most of their clothing. For one, we have a 3 drawer dresser for both girls. We also just like to hang all their nice clothing.

My daughter and I had just talked about clutter.  Evie has 4 children ranging age from 4-12, 2 boys, 2 girls, and both parents work outside of the home.  Stress is high every day and I want to help.

An organized home brings its occupants a feeling of peace.  An organized home stays neat and clean with much less time and effort.  An organized home is welcoming to friends and family because the hostess is calm and confident.
