Combine cucumbers, onion, green peppers in large bowl: sprinkle with salt cover with ice cubes. Let stand 2 hours. Drain thoroughly and press out excess liquid thru cheese cloth.

Canning Strawberry RhubarbAdd pectin. Return to a full rolling boil on high. Boil hard for 1 minute.  Remove from heat. Skim off foam (if kept it's great for on top of ice cream).
