When I think of Easter, the first thing I picture in my head is Jesus rising from His grave.  Then, I picture beautiful sunshine and green grass, bunnies and frilly little dresses.  I love to see those gorgeous Easter dresses on the store racks.

For those of you anxiously awaiting Easter time, the one thing that makes Easter extra special are decorated Easter cookies. Just like Christmas cookies have become a staple of Christmas time, so have Easter cookies become a part of Easter tradition.

Sponge the terra cotta pot white. After it dries, sponge small red & pink hearts all over the pot.

1 1/2 gal. Raspberry Sherbet: Mix together. Add the last 2 ingredients just before serving.

After the cookies have cooled slightly, decorate them with the cake decorating stuff.  Add sprinkles and other decorations- maybe Valentine's candies.
