For advertising I make 2 bulletin boards, which I switch out every month.  In addition to that, I put reminders up everywhere, including the bathroom stalls.

We had a Survivor night and it was a blast.  I took a lot of ideas from here and tweaked them to work for our ward.  I will try to give as much detail as possible and will share the files as well.

We wanted to combine how to take care of your perennials with the old fashioned tea party theme.

Our theme was Stronger Families in a Jar.  We started out with a discussion on ideas to help strengthen our marriages.

As the sisters come in, we are giving them a colored triangle bandage.  These are big enough to make an arm sling.  We are asking the sisters to wear their bandages any way they want, but we want them to recognize their other tribe mates.  When we break into the mini classes, tribes will go together.

I had a display at the front of the room with 2 wedding dresses and 1 temple dress. Next to the dresses was the Temple I made from sugar cubes.

For September we are planning an herb-centered Home Family and Personal Enrichment.

The refreshments are provided by the sisters as it is a potluck evening I have the sisters with the last name that starts with A-L bring a main dish and the sisters with the last name that starts with M-Z brings a dessert or salad.
