Strawberry Cheesecake

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Mix until well combined. Press mixture evenly onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan lined with baking parchment.

Pineapple Squares

Combine whipped cream and pineapple and spread over last mixture. Spread 1/4-cup ground graham wafers or chopped nuts over this as topping. Leave in a cold part of the fridge 3- 4 hours. Will keep for three to four days.

...combine Grape nuts cereal & choc chips; set aside.  Spread ice cream over four graham crackers squares; top with remaining squares.  Roll sides in Grape nuts mixture.  Freeze.

Homemade Oreo Cookies

Combine cake mix, oil and eggs.  Drop small balls onto cookie sheet and flatten.  Cook at 350 for 6-8 minutes.  Cookies will look slightly raw when done.
