What is your refund policy?
Because of the password protected nature of this portion of the site, we do not give refunds. Why did you take money from me for this years subscription? I didn't want to renew.
I do not cancel subscriptions for people as I have hundreds of subscribers and limited amounts of time (I am a homemaker and mother too.) Do you have access to my credit card, bank account, etc.?
Absolutely not. This is why we do subscriptions through paypal. It protects you from second or third parties viewing or having access to personal financial information. What if I never logged in the whole year?Because of the password protected nature of this portion of the site, we do not give refunds. If you lost your login information, you can contact customer service at anytime to retrieve it, or you can fill out the form on the side menu and it will automatically send it to your email address. How do I unsubscribe?To cancel your subscription, go to Paypal .
2. Click the History tab. 3. Click the Details of the subscription. 4. Click Cancel Subscription. 5. You have successfully canceled the subscription.
