What is your refund policy?

Because of the password protected nature of this portion of the site, we do not give refunds.

Why did you take money from me for this years subscription?  I didn't want to renew.

When you subscribe to the Deluxe Edition, it is set up to automatically renew your subscription from your Paypal account.  We did not "Take" money from your account...you are responsible to cancel your subscription if you don't want it to automatically renew.

If you do not wish to renew for another year, you must log in to PayPal, go to your account history and click on the subscription.  From there you can cancel your subscription, meaning it will not renew for the next year.  OR..you can cancel from the login page.

I do not cancel subscriptions for people as I have hundreds of subscribers and limited amounts of time (I am a homemaker and mother too.)

Do you have access to my credit card, bank account, etc.?

Absolutely not.  This is why we do subscriptions through paypal.  It protects you from second or third parties viewing or having access to personal financial information.

What if I never logged in the whole year?

Because of the password protected nature of this portion of the site, we do not give refunds.  If you lost your login information, you can contact customer service at anytime to retrieve it, or you can fill out the form on the side menu and it will automatically send it to your email address.
