This dress has a lined bodice and unlined, gathered skirt. The straps can be made from regular folded fabric, ribbon, or bias tape. Make sure if you are sing ribbon that it is going to be sturdy enough to withstand some pulling and washing).

Save old blue jeans. Cut out the bad parts.

Uses: The corn bags are used as ice packs or heating pads.

You can use a cloth placement for another item keeper.  Use the gallon zipper bags for it.  Since it may hold larger items, use ties to keep it together.

I have made tons of these. I make mine like a log cabin quilt. I make 2 sizes. For the small ones, the clear center is 5 1/2 inches square. The sides are strips 3 " wide. I take one of the long strips and sew it right sides together to one of the sides of the clear vinyl.

Trace one heart on the paper side of each fabric you have bonded together.  Cut out hearts. Arrange in a pleasing manner in the 36 squares on the background fabric.  Remove paper backing and press into place again for about 3 seconds.
