Hi!  I found your site through a friend at work who asked me to make her a corn bag.  (I brought mine yesterday to help heal a back injury, and now I have orders for six!)  I'm a single girl, living with my mother, and I spend a great deal of time keeping our house comfortable and clean.  The information on your site is INVALUABLE for someone who wants to save time and money while creating a sanctuary at home.

And I salute you personally for being able to keep up with a home, a marriage, a website, a strong spirituality, AND five children. My mother, who didn't work full-time until I was ten (I'm the baby of the family), had a plaque in our old house that said "every mother is a working mother."  It certainly is true, and I applaud you for developing the skills to manage your time and maintain a positive outlook.

I have used many of the ideas on this site with my children and would love to have even more activities and ideas for them.  I enjoy the recipes, crafts, and gardening sections.  I also really enjoy the ideas about thriftiness.  Last year, I used the idea of making bean bags with old pinto beans as a Christmas gift for my boys.
