Today I'm sharing a use for old shutters (or at least, I think that's what this is), and you need only know how to use a paintbrush, twist wire, and use an electric drill (or have a drill-savvy friend/loved one who can help).

This swag is themed around the English country floral print and matching red plaid from Waverly. As we were putting this swag together, my friend and I spent an hour in the floral section of Hobby Lobby putting together just the perfect flowers and contrasts for this swag. |
