Golden Squash Bake

8 cups sliced yellow crookneck squash, cooked and drained

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 eggs

1 small onion, chopped

1 cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons flour

2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon

1 cup shredded cheese

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine bacon, eggs, onion, cottage cheese, flour and bouillon.  Add squash, mix well.  Pour into greased 12 x 7 baking dish, top with cheese and bake 20-25 minutes.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
