A foot bath of warm water and three drops of diluted tangerine or geranium oil may be just the thing to give a boost to aching legs.

For stress and tension:
Add five drops of diluted rose oil to a warm bath. The stream's delicate aroma will relax your senses and your skin will smell great for hours.

For better sleep:
A warm bath with five drops of diluted lavender oil before bedtime to help lull you to sleep.

For back pain:
A warm bath with five drops of diluted sandalwood oil may relieve back discomfort.
