What is your refund policy?
In an effort to reduce piracy, the Homemaking Cottage & Company cannot offer refunds on digitally downloadable content---which is all the content offered herein. Any duplicate orders will be refunded with a store credit within 14 days.

Why did my subscription auto-renew.
When you subscribe to the Deluxe Edition, it is set up to automatically renew your subscription from your Paypal account. You are responsible to cancel your subscription if you don't want it to renew. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment. We do not offer refunds, so if you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, please follow the above steps to ensure cancellation.
Do you have access to my credit card, bank account, etc.?
Absolutely not. This is why we do subscriptions through paypal. It protects you from second or third parties viewing or having access to personal financial information.
What if I never logged in?
Because of the password protected nature of this portion of the site, we do not give refunds. If you lost your login information, you can contact customer service at anytime to retrieve it, or you can fill out the form on the side menu and it will automatically send it to your email address.
How do I unsubscribe?
To cancel your subscription, go to Paypal .
Subscribers cancel their subscriptions by following the steps below.
Here's How:
1. Click the My Account tab.
2. Click the History tab.
3. Click the Details of the subscription.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
5. You have successfully canceled the subscription.
A subscription can be canceled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.

I have a pretty hard-bound notebook I purchased at Barnes and Noble that is my “book” notebook. In this notebook I keep track of what I’ve read and what I want to read. I have pages with book wish lists for me, for my husband, and for my kids.
